We were a party of seven also supposed to be seated at 9pm but our table was not ready. Eventually we were seated at the back of the restaurant. However, our table was next to a store cupboard and twice we all had to get out of our seats to give them access. We also had to wait an hour for our starters and had to go to the bar to order wine. Our main course was not served until well after midnight. In all a totally unforgettable night for all the wrong reasons! Can only reiterate what you have said!
