Problem with that is that the HTPC isn&#039;t off when we want everything off. Say we decided after watching downloaded Top Gear to watch normal TV. The HTPC would be turned off, which would turn everything else off.

Or if we used the TV off as the power off then the HTPC would be on downloading and then I (or Mrs Bear) decided to turn the TV off then *boom* everything else would turn off too. Also undesirable.

Better upgrade and reduce power that way:-)</description>
