XP!

I’ve joined the cool kids and finally got myself a copy of XP.

One odd thing during the install of the service packs: It installed SP2 and then after rebooting decided that I needed SP3.  Why not go straight to SP3 and save me about an hour?

Didn’t make much difference as I was watching 24 season 5 as I installed it…Close CTU or at least their HR department who are just shit! Since 2002 they’ve had 5 different moles. That’s one every 15 months. Aren’t they supposed to vet these people before giving them access? And I will lay a shiny new 50p piece on that there will be a mole in season 6 (and 7).

Down on his knees

Trent has sneaked a new album out – for free – called the slip. Not listened all the way through but apparently he’s still down on his knees (does anyone know how many times he mentions that per album?). I can’t tell yet if it is the beginning or the end, but I will let you know once I’ve listened all the way through.
